HLS Equipment offers Australia-wide maintenance for all systems we supply and install — and also for equipment sourced from other providers. If it meets safety standards and has accessible documentation, we can support it.

Our maintenance services include scheduled servicing, preventative maintenance, inspections, repairs, and compliance checks. Depending on your usage and site requirements, we recommend routine maintenance every 3, 6, or 12 months. Each visit includes thorough inspections based on Australian Standard AS 1418.8 and OEM guidelines. Most servicing jobs are completed within a few hours to half a day, meaning minimal disruption to your operations. Following each service, you’ll receive a digital maintenance report outlining what was inspected, any issues identified, and clear recommendations. All HLS-supplied equipment includes a standard OEM warranty:

  • 2 years parts and labour

  • 5 years structural
